		Frank Eschmann Frank was born in 1957 and raised in Topeka. He attended Washburn University of Topeka, where he received his Bachelors of Business Adminstration degree in 1979 and then his Juris Doctorate in December of 1985. Frank was admitted to practice in Kansas by the Kansas Supreme Court in April of 1986, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. He was admitted to practice in Missouri courts, and also before U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, in 1993. Frank has been a long-time member of various bar associations, including the Topeka Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and was also a member of the fraternity Phi Kappa Phi. He also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Frank and his family live in Topeka where he is active in the community and as a member of Fellowship Bible Church.
